SPEAKER BIO

After years in a variety of executive positions in high tech and professional services, Elizabeth Becker now focuses on how effective leadership can increase market performance. She recently returned from 2 weeks in Peru leading the travel portion of The Machu Picchu Adventure, A Women’s Leadership Journey, a 6 month, small group, “leadership adventure” designed to support women executives and business owners as they “get going” on a Big Project.

Elizabeth is also the author of Answering the Call, an essay in the just released Knowing Pains: Women on Love, Sex and Work in our 40’s (benefits bcaction.org) and co-author of professional articles, Top Performance: Use Best Practices to Accelerate Leadership Development (Leadership Excellence 2007) and Learning, Leadership and Brand: New Ways to Increase Performance (“Education Marketing”, Chief Learning Officer, 2008).

Her firm, Becker & Company, Inc., is committed to unlocking the potential of every leader and every organization so that they can fully deliver on their mission.
