Kathleen Ronald, President, SPEAKtacular

Kathleen Ronald outlined various ways to follow-up on business leads. She elaborated that people with a good follow-up system are known for their integrity, service, accountability, and, at the bank. Those without are prey to procrastination, to endless overwhelm, to forever saying, “I’m sorry!”

Kathleen asked attendees “Why pay for the privilege of networking and then toss out your ROI because you choose not to follow-up?”
  • Not following up wastes your time and money.
  • Not following up wastes your hot opportunities.
  • Not following up wastes your reputation.

She concluded by stressing that “Follow-up = Opportunities = Money.”
