Speaker Bios Jackie Kessel started HiTech Law in 1994 after running her own software company in California. As an entrepreneur and founder of a startup, Jackie realized the importance of having a lawyer advocate. She envisioned founding a law firm dedicated to emerging growth companies – a law firm staffed by quality lawyers who are sympathetic to their clients and who understand their business goals. It was with this goal in mind that Jackie enrolled in law school, and subsequently opened HiTech Law. Both Janine and Jackie attended Pepperdine University School of Law.
