Become a Board Member - Make a Difference!

We are always interested in having our members serve on our all-volunteer Board. The commitment required varies for each position ranging from 20 hours to 75 hours per month.

    Board positions include the following:
  • Awards Director
  • Conference Director
  • Marketing Director
  • Membership Director
  • Mentoring Programs
  • Public Relations Director
  • Public Policy Director
  • Web Site Director
  • Special Events Director

All Board positions are voluntary positions.

In order to qualify to run for a Board position, you will need to be a NAWBO member in good standing for 2 years.

Get to know other women serving on the Board and ask how you can become involved.

Get started by working on a Committee—choose an area of interest, or an area that you feel you would enjoy contributing some time and energy.
