Griselda Quezada-Chavez is the President and Owner of Q&C EXIM, LLC an Import and Export Company located in Northern California.


The company launched “GuayaFina®” a private label in textiles, and in a joint venture formed “World Boutique & Gallery”.

Professional Biography

Griselda devotes time and resources to local communities and non-profit sectors.  Her experience in the global marketplace includes participation in many formal International Trade Delegations, plus a continuous involvement with various international and business organizations as well as government agencies.


Her pioneer efforts for global business helped to create the first internationally focused department with NAWBO - Silicon Valley (National Association of Women Business Owners) naming her the first Director of International Affairs.  


In recognition of her continuous dedication, NAWBO® bestowed Griselda with the title of Ambassador of the newly formed International Task Force.  Its focus is to have NAWBO® be the conduit between women business groups globally and to bridge international opportunities for its membership.


Due in most part by her determination, NAWBO® renewed its membership and resumed communications with the World Association of Women Entrepreneurs (FCEM) Femmes Chefs d'Entreprises Mondiales; and also brought to fruition an Affiliation between the Mexican Association of Business Women Entrepreneurs (AMMJE) Asociacion Mexicana de Mujeres Empresarias.


The unfolding of Griselda’s global involvement comes from her profession as a REALTOR®.  With over a decade of experience in the real estate industry, licensed in both California & Texas; Griselda is a seasoned Agent with a vast local and global network. Recently she was recognized as one of the Top 1% Agents in Northern California by Coldwell Banker.


Her additional community contributions include; Past Co-Chair of the International Trade Committee with the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, Chair/President & Advisor to two different Hispanic Chambers of Commerce in Northern California, a Past Co-Chair of the Latina Style Magazine Business Series…
