Public Policy Committee
Members of this committee assist in the development of issues that are important to our membership and then advocate on behalf of NAWBO-SV. We set up appointments for our members with the appropriate legislators, as well as send letters to legislators. The time involved is 3-5 hours per month-mostly phone and email work. In addition to developing political influence, committee members have a great opportunity to get to know NAWBO members, what they do, and where their businesses are located. We have great support from both NAWBO-California and National.
