Shawneece Stevenson, MSW, ACC, is the founder of Spark&Passion.  Spark&Passion is a  partner with people, communities, and organizations to create the conditions to thrive, serve, imagine, and transform by providing wellness, training, and program consultation.

Shawneece is a social work practitioner, Certified Whole Person Wellness Coach, and civic and community leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting people, families, organizations, and communities. Most recently, she spent 10 years as a parent wellness coach, program manager, and community leader.

Through Spark&Passion, Shawneece brings together her professional expertise, lived experience, and passion for helping people and systems.  Her whole-person, culturally responsive, and social-work-informed approach meets people where they are while strengthening well-being, connection, capacity, and possibilities for meaningful change.

A devoted wife, mother of grown children, joyful grandmother, and proud daughter of Southern parents with Midwestern roots, Shawneece is grounded in family, community, connection, and storytelling.

She brings warmth, authenticity, curiosity, and a genuine willingness to listen—creating room for people to feel seen, heard, connected, and open to possibility.
