This special event brings together NAWBO members, community supporters, and corporate partners to honor the spirit of women entrepreneurs driving innovation, equity, and impact in Silicon Valley.

We’re honored to feature a keynote address by City of San José Vice Mayor Pam Foley, who will administer the oath of office and highlight the City’s valuable resources for small businesses. She will also speak to the role NAWBO Silicon Valley can play in shaping a more inclusive and business-friendly future.

Vice Mayor Pam Foley has represented San José City Council District 9 since 2019 and was appointed to the expanded role of Vice Mayor in 2025 by Mayor Matt Mahan. Before serving on the Council, she spent 14 years as a Trustee on the San José Unified School District Board.
