LEAP (Latina Economic Advancement Program) is a program designed for economic mobility of Latinas in San Jose and throughout Bay Area. There are 2 Learning Components: Virtual Workforce Development Seminars and Virtual Financial Literacy seminars. Both focus on the mindset to build confidence, set goals and plans to develop their career and building generational wealth. are the second component to the LEAP initiative program. This component will include a 4 series of FREE virtual workshops to prepare Latinas with the healing, planning, and developmental skills to re-enter the workforce and/or obtain higher paying jobs.
