Toni Julian is a nationally renowned wellbeing advocate, inspirational speaker, author and blogger, and 50-something mom of four. She is also a certified lifestyle and nutrition coach, sports nutrition coach, and personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
After launching and running a successful marketing business, and while balancing her full time career and blended family with a toddler and three pre-teens, her lifestyle began to take its toll. She survived a serious illness, and simultaneously lost her best friend to pancreatic cancer. Wanting to make something good out of her situation, she re-invented her life and changed careers to help lift women in her community.
As a personal goal for her own transition to a healthy lifestyle, she pioneered techniques to make changes in body composition and shed 14 pounds of fat while gaining six pounds of muscle within eight weeks. Within three months, she competed in her first natural figure competition at 48, tying for first place in the Sports Model category and taking second overall in Figure the same year.
She authored the book BITE ME! Change Your Life One Bite at a Time, which made its debut at Barnes & Noble. Then, after years of teaching people how to eat healthy, she decided to create grab and go meal solutions designed to solve the common problem of finding healthy food that is also convenient. She founded Toni’s Kitchen LLC and created the brand TONI’S Hot Protein Meals, which is sold at specialty markets, online, and to companies throughout the U.S.
