Rebecca is an experienced consultant in the field of organizational transformation, change management and innovation. Her 20 years of experience spans both large-scale, multi-million dollar projects to small, independent one-on-one coaching relationships. Her clients have included UPS, Apple, Google and Pacific Gas and Electric. Beyond consulting she’s an expert facilitator, coach, and innovator.
Previously, Rebecca was a Director of Culture and Capability with What If Innovation Partners, a global innovation consultancy, a Manager in Accenture’s Change Management and the Vice President of People at a financial services internet startup.
